How to get access to the content after I signed up?
First, sign into your account (top right corner) then go to Video Catalog page in the top menu to access all of our videos.
There’s a lot of content, where to start?
1️⃣ I usually recommend using the Filters to select a specific level, type of content and style, depending on your preferences.
2️⃣ Otherwise, I highly recommend joining the monthly challenge if you want some guidance for your monthly training!
Can I download videos to save them to my device?
Unfortunately, no. Our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to your device. However, you can access it anytime by signing into your account.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime! You can cancel your membership whenever you like. You'll still have access to the Catalog until the end of your current billing period.
How do I pause or cancel my recurring subscription?
To manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Profile & Billiang then head to the Purchases window.
You can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.
